Another soul winged itís way to Heaven when Jordan Sine, age 18, of Aurora passed away Saturday, February 13, 2016, at Memorial Hospital in Aurora due to injuries received in a motor vehicle accident.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, February 17th at the Aurora United Methodist Church. Revs. Ron Harris and Karla Sheffy will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 P.M. Tuesday at Higby-McQuiston Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated at a later date. Higby-McQuiston Mortuary is in charge of arrangements. OBITUARY: JORDAN SINE
Jordan Lee William Sine, was born at Sioux Falls, South Dakota on April 26, 1997 and passed away at Aurora, Nebraska on February 13, 2016, at the age of 18.
Jordan spent a month in the hospital and then went home with Chuck and Kayleen Graff. On April 22, 1998 he joined his forever family Jack and Donna Sine and was adopted in November of 1998.
He grew up in Sioux Falls where he enjoyed camping, hiking, fishing, roller blading, climbing trees and swimming. Jordan loved spending 10 days at the Maple Beach Resort in Pelican Rapids, MN every summer where he enjoyed fishing, swimming and playing with his cousins.
Jordanís compassion for others will continue through his tissue donations.
He was currently a senior at Aurora High School.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Sine, Sr., grandparents Albert and Audrey Maier, aunt, Lynnette Maier and uncle, Wayne Maier.
Those who remain to cherish his memory are his parents, Jack and Donna Sine of Aurora; brothers and sisters, Daniel, Victoria, Issac, Zoey and Owen Sine; grandmothers, Twyla Sine and JoAnn McMahon; aunts, Glenda (Craig) Redding and their children Jake and Eli, Lesley (Ray) Szczepaniak and their children Zachary, Alex and Max, Mary Maier and her children Nathan, Justin and Heather; uncles, Jay (Mary) Sine and James (Terry) Sine, Jr. and their children James III and Analea. He is also survived by many friends and classmates.
